The dissertation is devoted to research of problems of administrative and legal regulation of parabank activity in Ukraine. The concept of parabanking institution is explained. Peculiarities and the list of parabanking institutions, structure and current state of parabank system of Ukraine, its state regulation from the norms fixed in the legislation are analyzed. The analysis of sources of illegal displays, kinds and ways of illegal acts in the sphere of parabank activities and monitoring of factors which influence on reconstruction of illegal relations in parabank sphere is carried out.
