The dissertation is dedicated to improving the quality of surgical treatment at patients with the cancer of larynx of III-IV stage by the nonsutural closing of pharyngoesophageal anastomosis, that prevents the formation of through neck defects. The results were based on the experimental research at pigs and clinical study of 404 patients.
