Anichenkova O. Perfection of organizational-economic mechanism of production of pork is in agricultural enterprises

Object of research: the process of functioning organizational and economic mechanism of pork production in agricultural enterprises Crimea. Objective: to study the theoretical and methodological framework and develop practical recommendations to improve the organizational and economic mechanism of pork production in agricultural enterprises. Methods: abstract-logical, clustering, correlation and regression analysis, the method of system-structural and comparative analysis, surveys, SWOT-analysis, cognitive modeling, graphical method. Theoretical and practical research results: proposals for improving the organizational and economic mechanism of pork production in agricultural enterprises. Scientific novelty: the approach to the optimization of material costs pork producers and processors, improved approach to exchange-distributive relations between enterprises for the production and processing of pork, were further developed interpretation of "organizational-economic mechanism of production of pork," Classification of elements of organizational-economic mechanism pork production in agricultural enterprises, and developing areas of state regulation of prices for pork and the use of state intervention in the purchase and sale of pork. Degree of implementation: This study used in the activities of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of the Crimea, in production and business activities of agricultural enterprises in the learning process of the Southern Branch of the National Agricultural University of Ukraine "Crimean Agricultural University."
