Essay

The object of the research: the process of financial support of innovative processes of agrarian enterprises. Research objective: substantiation of theoretical and methodical grounds and development of practical recommendations for the improvement of the processes of financing the innovative projects of agrarian enterprises. Methods of investigation: logical, historical, analysis and synthesis, abstract-logical, economic-statistical, integral evaluation, graphical, qualitymeasurement, economic-mathematical. Theoretical and practical results of the research: the proposals concerning the improvement of the processes of financing the innovative projects of agrarian enterprises are aimed at realization of stable development and increase of production efficiency. Scientific novelty: The model of the integrated foresight technology of venture financing of innovative projects of agrarian enterprises was substantiated for the first time; the theoretical-methodical tools and the system of risk management of innovative projects of agrarian enterprises were improved; general principles of the development and introduction of innovative projects of agrarian enterprises as well as methodical approaches to the development of a complex innovative business plan on the basis of modification of typology of zone projects received further development. Degree of the research results introduction: the research results were taken for practical introduction by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and Uman State Administration, they were also introduced in the practical activity of agrarian enterprises and in training students at Uman National University of Horticulture.
