Dissertation dedicated to the ground of theoretical, methodic and practical basis of marketing management activity of wholesale trade-intermediary enterprises on spare parts national market, as well as practice recommendations have been developed regarding enterprises 'competitiveness increase. On the base of competitiveness factor model and respective matrix, that has been created by the author, there was updated the methodic of competitive level evaluation of trade-intermediary enterprises by the criteria of logistics and marketing expenses minimizing as well as optimization of income while keeping needed level of competitiveness. Upgraded model of trade-intermediary enterprises marketing management on spare parts national market has been introduced. The necessity of proposed logistic means and methods of increase value for customer in the process of spare parts distribution as well as father development of communication relation systems in the network "supplier-client" has been grounded and introduced. Actual proposals regarding the creation of enterprises image, reputation increase, customer's loyalty on the base of trade mark development, that is the asset of companies are formed in the dissertation.
