Essay

The thesis devoted to the philosophical and legal aspects of an axiosphere of law as a system of values of legal sphere. Author proposes to understand an axiosphere of law as its structural component, which acts integrated with legal dogma in the legal situations. Axiosphere of law has the centric structure of legal values and hierarchical structure of values of law. The place of axiosphere of law in legal reality is justified.The integrative role of the rule of law phenomenon is shown. The specific process of the values of legal sphere filiation as a ground of axiological development of law is justified.
