Lizneva A. Managing Intellectual Capital of the Staff on the Mechanical Engineering Enterprises

Thesis deals with an issue related to managing intellectual capital of the staff on the mechanical engineering enterprises in the context of development and improvement of existed theoretical, methodological and practical scientific studies. Defined the economic nature, essence and structural composition of intellectual capital of staff, considered the conceptual basis of its impact on the activities of enterprise, suggested scientific and methodological approaches to the analysis of the intellectual capital of staff in an aspect of determining the factor combination of indicators of quality and cost estimation. Proposed the economic-mathematical model of identifying the influence of the quality level of intellectual capital of the staff and its value on changing the labor productivity. Clarified the organizational-economic mechanism of intellectual capital management based on development of productive capacity of the staff.
