Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to diagnostics, treatment efficiency and quality of life improvement in patients with chronic pancreatitis in combination with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It is ascertained that quality of life of patients goes down as a result of protracted motion and progress of CP, nutritional insufficiency develops and makes deeper. Nutritional insufficiency manifestations are violation of nutritive status, development of anaemia, secondary immunodeficiency and osteodeficiency. The lasts deepen at presence of concomitant COPD. It is set that nutritional insufficiency forming is related to such pathogenetic factors as a oxidative stress and endogenous intoxication depth on a background exhaustion of antioxidant protection, and also large intestine dysbiotic changes depth. Expediency of including of сardonat and synbiotic bifiform complex to the generally accepted therapy is reasonable in patients with CP in combination with COPD for the correction of manifestations of nutritional insufficiency.
