Object of study: the formation of innovation development strategy of automobile business. Objective: developing theoretical and methodological provisions and justification of practical recommendations on the forming strategy of innovative development of automobile business based on forecasting market conditions. Methods: systematic analysis and clustering, statistical and mathematical analysis, graphic, sociological, harmonious weight. Novelty: the method of selecting the optimal variant of innovative development on the basis of economic and mathematical simulation models is first developed, improved the mechanism for multiple forecasting supply and demand, which, unlike the present, combines deterministic and probabilistic methods, the method of forming the strategy of innovative development of automobile business, the mechanism of the situational approach to the strategy of innovative development of automotive businesses. Scope: in the activities of the Main Department for Economy Volyn Regional State Administration, current automobile enterprises, namely automotive company «Bogdan Motors» and State Enterprise «Assembly Plant № 1», in the educational process of Volyn National University of Lesya Ukrainka.
