Object: the investment activities of corporate structures. Objective: deepening the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of scientific and practical recommendations to improve the effectiveness of financial investment regulation of corporate structures. Methods: abstraction, logic synthesis, formal, economic analysis, comparative analysis, economic-mathematical analysis, summaries, expert evaluations. Results: improved mathematical and analytical apparatus evaluating the macroeconomic impact of the corporate sector in the financing of investment and innovation, research terminology, including definitions of "public financial policy" and "financial regulation", scientific statements about instrumental framework of financial regulation investment entities corporate sector by studying the relevant international experience. Use: in the activities of foreign economic relations and investment policy of the Department of the Lviv city council, LLC "Universal drilling equipment", JSC "LvivORGRES" in the educational process of the National University "Lvivska Polytechnika".
