Popova N. Diagnostic harmonic of management in the enterprise

The thesis is devoted to actual problems of diagnosis harmony of management at the enterprise and to ensuring its optimal level. Analysis of literature shows that there is no comprehensive, from the perspective of a single methodological framework, approach to its diagnosis. This work analyzes the impact of harmony on the stability of management and operation of the business objects defined in the harmonization of administrative activity at the facility. Systematized the factors influencing the level of harmony of management at the enterprise, the essence of harmony and defined its goals and objectives. Investigated and improved system of indicators that determine the harmony of management at all levels of government.
