Dubovyk K. State Policy in the Sphere of Re-socialization of Minors with Deviant Behavior

Research object: public policy of re-socialization of persons with deviant behavior. Purpose: ground of approaches to perfection of mechanisms of forming and realization of public policy in the sphere of re-socialization minor with deviant behavior in Ukraine. Methods: approach of the systems; analysis and synthesis; generalizations; typologyzation; supervision and expert estimation; experimental. Results: approaches to perfection of mechanisms of forming and realization of public policy in the sphere of re-socialization minor with deviant behavior are grounded. Novelty: essence of mechanisms of public administration, which are the basis of forming and realization of public policy of re-socialization minor with deviant behavior, is exposed; directions of priorities of perfection of mechanisms of socialization and re-socialization minor are certain. It is inculcated in activity of Kharkiv city advice. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants.
