Pytel S. Forming of market of biodiesel in Ukraine

This paper investigates the genesis of the category of "market" and the specific features of the market of biofuels. Objective necessity of forming biodiesel market in Ukraine in the context of energy and environmental security. Discovered and systematized basic prerequisites its formation - shortage of fossil fuels and shortage of supplies in the near future, the trend of rising oil prices, environmental degradation, availability of raw materials for biodiesel production and modern technical equipment of processing enterprises, the price competitiveness of biodiesel fuel on the market oil products, overcoming psychological barriers to consumption of fuel for internal combustion engines.The paper elaborated methodological approaches to the optimal use of biodiesel blends in the application of preferential mechanism for payment of excise manufacturers of biodiesel, which allows to define a strategy for sustainable development of agricultural enterprises. A strategic direction of market development of biodiesel and calculated increasing its offer by amending the legislation of Ukraine on the development of alternative energy and harmonization of socio-economic and ecological elements of biofuels industry.The paper elaborated methodological approaches to the optimal use of biodiesel blends in the application of preferential mechanism for payment of excise manufacturers of biodiesel, which allows to define a strategy for sustainable development of agricultural enterprises.
