Essay

The aim of the study was to investigate the clinical and dynamic characteristics are not psychotic mental disorders in BPH to develop algorithms for differentiated psychological aid to patients to improve their quality of life. We studied the prevalence, structure, and clinical characteristics of non-psychotic psychiatric disorders in patients with BPH, to verify the role of individual and personal, social, environmental and somatogenic factors in their genesis and dynamics. We studied the psychometric characteristics of the patients (severity of depression, personal and situational anxiety, mood, activity, mood and quality of life), depending on the severity of the symptoms of BPH, as well as the features of psychogenic reactions to physical illness. Based on the results developed guidelines for the provision of psychological care of patients with BPH with non-psychotic mental disorders in the structure of complex treatment.
