Thesis is devoted to the problem of nonpsychotic psychic disorders (NPD) accompanied with alcohol comsumption in young age. The aim of the study was to develop and introduce into clinical practice a program for diagnostic and psychotherapeutic correction of nonpsychotic psychic disorders combined with alcohol consumption grounding on the analysis of clinical psychopathological and psychological patterns of these disorders in young persons. Basing on the psychological patterns of young age people's personality a higher occurance of emothymic and cyclothymic personality disorers with increased sensitivity, perceptibility and frequent emotional shifts was established for the first time. Our study for the first time have revealed specific markers of alcohol consumption by persons with nonpsychotic psychic disorders. It was discovered that the leading motivation for alcohol consumption was аttenuation of nonpsychotic psychic disorders symptoms and stress reactions.Young persons consuming light and strong alcoholic drinks have specificity in nonpsychotic psychic disorders: there were significantly higher frequency of negative neurologic anamnesis factors in case of strong alcoholic drinks, while psychological status and personality disorders had much greater effect for light drinks. For instance, there was higher frequency of cyclothymic and excitatory personality types as well as lower frequency of rigid, labile and paranoiac personality types in young persons consuming alcohol. These factors were also associated with central neural system traumas; meningitis by the anamnesis; observation by a specialized neuropathological clinic; childbirth cerebral trauma by the anamnesis. Each of these factors was shown to produce independent and cumulative negative effects upon the risk of alcohol consumption. Found markers were used to substantiate and develop a system for diagnostic and psychotherapeutic correction of NDP associated with alcohol consumption in young people. The system included: algorithm for risk assessment of alcohol consumption in young people with NDP; step-by-step successive program for alcohol consumption in young people with NDP and a program for psychotherapeutic correction for nonpsychotic psychic disorders in these persons. It was established that the developed program of psychotherapeutic correctionin 80 % of cases lead to decrease of neurotisation, diminished symptoms of nonpsychotic psychic disorders, improved social relations and abated alcohol consumption for 30 %.
