Essay

The thesis deals with the problem of differential diagnosis treatment principles of mental and psychosomatic disorders of metabolic and psyhoendocrine syndromes.The work established the prevalence of psychopathological phenomena of depression and willingness respond to stress among people with metabolic syndrome compared with psychoendocrine syndrome. This work showed the difference of cognitive impairment in psychoendocrine syndrome in compared with the metabolic syndrome. Redistribution of quality of life was accompanied by a significant difference on two subscales: somatic and psychological. Somatic symptoms were prevalent among patients with metabolic syndrome. Somatic syndromes were primary impairment of psyhoendocrine syndromes, which were leading to mental disorders with cognitive impairment. Whereas metabolic syndrome begins with a primary disturbance in mood, which over time has added physical sings og the metabolic syndrome. The order treatment of metabolic and psychoendocrine syndrome are different and depends on the organic or psychosocial type.
