The dissertation is devoted to the questions of in-creasing the effeciensy of vesicoureteral reflux diagnostics complex scintigraphic examination. The regularities of chanching of renal arterial and venous hemodynamics and urodynamics of of vesicoureteral reflux, of the data given above radionuclide semiotics of development vesicoureteral reflux was identified. On the obtained data basis we have elaborated the algorithm of the complex scintigraphic examination of children with the vesicoureteral reflux
