A research of kinetic characteristics of phenomenon of inert gases diffusion in liquid is conducted in the thesis. This phenomenon is studied by means of quasicontinuous random walk model making. Purpose of the thesis is to study mechanisms of inert gases diffusion in liquid on the basis of the diffusion process developed model, determination of effective diffusion coefficient, its temperature dependence and connection with parameters of intermolecular interaction. Independently two causes of particle yield from potential trap are under consideration: tunnel effect and activation of particle in consequence of collision with other molecules. Potential trap model for diffusant molecule is created. Relation for diffusant is obtained, which depends on temperature, effective diameters, mas of liquid molecules and diffusant, parameters intermolecular interaction.
