Aliev E. Increase of efficiency of operation of the dairy milking equipment vacuum system

The mathematical model for change of the vacuum system's technical and technological parameters, depending on the duration of operation, and their impact on the efficiency of machine milking process is developed. There is the program and methodology for experimental research of the vacuum system's technical and technological parameters and algorithm of data processing developed in this dissertation. The experimental sample set of instrument equipment for monitoring of milk and milking system's technical and technological parameters is developed and produced. According to the results of multifactor experiment the adequate second order mathematical model, which confirms the theoretical dependence of the speed of milk returning and air flow in milking equipment from the dairy milking equipment vacuum system's technical and technological parameters, is made up. According to the analysis of the vacuum system's work from the perspective of reliability, the main reliability parameters of its components are identified.
