Essay

The dissertation solved a scientific task process efficiency rising dehydration of high moisture feed for use in feed by justification and optimization of design and process parameters and operating modes of two-screw press. There are the directions of improving the working of the existing structures presses for wringing the plant material with high moisture content and reasonably constructive-technological scheme of two-screw press for dewatering of high moisture feed. Basic design and technological parameters of two-screw press and geometry of its dewatering nozzle considering the rheological properties of beer pellet are theoretically justified in the dissertation. The rational design and technological parameters of two-screw press for the effective wringing beer pellet with minimal energy consumption are experimentally established.
