Nagorskiy B. Government control of foreign economic activity of Ukraine's mining-metal complex

The object of study - the process of state regulation of foreign trade activities of mining and metallurgical complex (MMC) of Ukraine. The purpose of research - theoretical and practical scientific substantiation of the basic ways of increasing the efficiency of the state of the management and development of practical recommendations to improve state regulation of foreign trade activities MMC Ukraine at present. Methods of research - theoretical generalization and comparison, the statistical and systematic analysis. The practical significance of the study is that the results of the solution of the problem is methodological and practical basis for the improvement of the organizational-economic mechanism of state economic management of MMC. Scientific novelty of the study is that for the first time an innovative mechanism of state regulation of MMC Ukraine proposed using mini-mile technology, the model of state regulation of innovative technologies developed that can increase the export potential of Ukraine MMC. Mechanisms for IPO, as an object of government; methodological approaches to improve the state regulation of foreign economic activity of Ukraine MMC in WTO membership, methods of determining the environmental priorities in the regulation of foreign economic activity of MMC improved. Theoretical propositions about the system of state regulation of foreign economic activity of Ukraine MMC and the need for further development, ways of forming the vertical integration of Ukraine in the MMC under state assistance for organizational cooperation, methodological approaches to improve the interaction of MMC with government monopolies in order to increase the export potential of the industry have expanded.
