Essay

It has been obtained the new bacteria strains of B. thuringiensis - 0376р.о. and 0408 from nature population. The strain B. thuringiensis 0376р.о. is belong to var. thuringiensis by results of biochemistry and molecular-biological investigations. It has been defined the efficiency of strain of B. thuringiensis 0376р.о. against potato moth: at the stage of larvae I - II age the insecticide activity was 58,7%; at the stage of larvae III age the insecticide activity was 73,3%; at the stage of larvae IV age the insecticide activity was 86,7%; at the stage of pupas activity was 37,3%. In the variant with applying of strains of B. thuringiensis 0376р.о. is observed the most quantity insects (32%) with breaking of metamorphose. The treatment of potatoes tubers before keeping by B. thuringiensis 0376р.о. strains allows to preserve 72% tubers from potato moth colonization. The treatment of chickpea plants of variants Budjak and Rosanna by strain of B. thuringiensis 0376р.о. decreased the damage by chickpea miner L.сicerina Rd. and increased the yield in average 2009-2011 years by 0,58 and 0,40 t/he, accordingly, in comparison with control. It has been creating out the production reglament of new preparation STAR-t on the base of strains of B. thuringiensis 0376р.о. The strain spores titer has obtained 3,4 billions/ml. It has been established the positive influence of conserving agents - sodium chloride and humate on prolongation of storage term of preparation. It has been shown that the efficiency of preparation doesn't concede to a liquid spore culture which was obtained under laboratory cultivation.
