The dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical aspects, development of methodical bases and toolkit of management of investment attractiveness of the hotel enterprises in market economy. The model of development of investment attractiveness of the hotel enterprises is offered. On the basis of this model, the project of financial re-structuring of the enterprise is offered, which is directed on its financial condition optimization with the purpose of the subsequent attraction of investment resources.
