The results of clinical-laboratory examination of 89 children with acute infectious myocarditis and identified predictors of the risk of adverse clinical course were systematized and analyzed. In the cohort research correlation of hypoxic-ischemic and metabolic disorders with clinical manifestation of acute infectious myocarditis in children was studied. Medications with antihypoxic and antioxidant action in the complex treatment of acute infectious myocarditis in children were used. The methods of correction of hypoxic-ischemic disorders at acute infectious myocarditis in children were created. Effectiveness of combined therapy including drugs with antihypoxic and antioxidant activity was proved by different statistical methods.
