Object: processes of management banking business in Ukraine. Objective: justification of the theoretical and methodological positions and developing of practical recommendations for improving corporate governance banking business in Ukraine. Methods: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy and comparison, economic and statistical analysis, retrospective analysis, peer reviews, scientific abstraction and systematic approach. Results: improved core of corporate philosophy bank by functional analysis of elements and prove that it is formed by balancing corporate objectives, implementing them through a system of corporate governance banking business and was confirmed in the banking market through corporate culture and corporate social responsibility, theoretical approaches to the disclosure of the nature banking business, classification of current models of corporate governance banking business. Use: in the activities of the Main Department of Economics Vinnytsia Regional State Administration, Vinnitsa regional office of PJSC "Khreshchatyk", in the educational process of Vinnytsia Building College.
