Essay

Object of research - anode and membrane processes at electrolysis of water solutions of chloride to the sodium, proceeding at formation of contains oxygen compounds of chlorine. A research objective - improvement of electrochemical synthesis of "active chlorine" in production of the concentrated NaClO solutions. Research methods - researches of kinetic parameters of anode process at electrolysis it was carried out by methods of a stationary and cyclic voltamperometriс; researches of quantitative and qualitative structure of contains oxygen compounds of the chlorine which is forming as a result of anode process, it was carried out by iodi-nemetric titration and a spektrofotometric method of the analysis; experimental definition of numbers of transfer of ions through a membrane was carried out by means of Gittorf's method. Theoretical and practical results - it is offered a stage of electrochemical formation of dioxide of chlorine; the technology of electrochemical membrane synthesis of dioxide of chlorine is developed and the technology of receiving the concentrated NaClO solutions is improved. Novelty - thermodynamic areas of coexistence of contains oxygen compounds of chlorine are defined and the range рН and size of anode potential at which selective synthesis, ClO2, an oxida-tion way ion chloride is possible is reasonable; it is established that at temperature to 308 K ORTA shows catalytic activity in the course of formation of dioxide of chlorine at electrolysis of water chloride solution at the expense of braking of the combined reac-tion - oxygen allocation; the stage of electrochemical formation of dioxide of the chlorine which limiting stage is the recombination of radical particles of ClO? and O? is offered; it is established that process of electrochemical synthesis of dioxide of chlorine by an-ode oxidation of water solution of chloride of sodium proceeds at the expense of participation of contains oxygen particles of radical character; it is proved that decrease in concentration chloride of ions, and рН anolyte promote acceleration of process of transfer of pro-tinted water through a exchange of kation membrane that allows to operate course of weight exchange processes in a membrane cell.
