Essay

The subject of this research is electrochemical process at interfacial bonds and near electrode layer during the tungsten alloys anodic dissolution. The research objective is the improvement of tungsten alloys electrochemical recycling following by functional W-Co-Fe coatings deposition. Methods of examination are the direct voltammetry, X-ray fluorescence and X-ray diffraction technique, atomic absorption spectroscopy, polarization resistance method. As the result of theoretical and bottom line it has been established the WC-Co alloys oxidation mechanism and kinetics in alkali polyligand containing solution, it has been designed the technology for tungsten alloys recycling including the W-Co-Fe coatings deposition from obtained electrolyte. These coatings demonstrate high corrosion resistance, microhardness, catalytic activity deposition the functional property dependence from composition and surface morphology. The novelty is the the electrolyte composition, both the energetic and time parameters of pulse electrolysis effect on the current efficiency, the selectivity and the rate of WC-Co dissolution. The realization degree consist of the electrolyte electrolyses mode pilot test in CLSP "Zavod Malisheva", Kharkov. The branch of this research application is the utility waste treatment, the technical process of electrochemical production, Research Studies Institutes and а training process.
