Essay

Object of study - thermal processes in asynchronous frequency-controlled engines in stationary and dynamic modes, the purpose of research - development of scientific methods and experimental software prediction of the thermal state of asynchronous frequency-controlled motors for a variety of laws regulating and power sources, and methods of research and equipment - methods of analysis stationary and dynamic thermal processes in electrical machines, the method of "harmonic motion", the methods of matrix algebra, the test stand with the drive "Shorh"; theoretical and practical results - the algorithm correction permissible useful power when changing the type of power supply, the algorithm to simplify a heat engine Intermittent duty continuous operation recommended changing the geometry of the tooth zone of the rotor, as a way to further decreases the electrical power losses in its winding, novelty - improved calculation method of electromechanical and "speed" characteristics with the nonlinear magnetization loop L-shaped equivalent circuit, the basic method of calculating and additional power losses from the higher harmonics, and improved mathematical model of the thermal state of the motor in the stationary and dynamic conditions, the level of implementation - in the design of frequency-controlled induction motors (plants "Electrotyazhmash", "Ukrelectromash", "SKB Ukrelectromash", Harkov, plant "Electromotor", Poltava) scope - predicting the thermal state of the design of new engines as well as engines that are in operation.
