Ilyukhin A. Corporate Governance of Industrial Enterprises' Capital

The thesis grounds a methodical approach to formation of corporate governance mechanism. To understand its essence, the notion "corporate governance" was systemized and generalized, as well as the relations between companies' bodies and their owners (stockholders) were described by using the organizational model application of which creates the preconditions for protection of their investors' rights. A methodological approach to evaluation of trends in the development of corporations in Ukraine is grounded and classification of methods and models used for estimation of important economic entities is offered. The methodology for organization of corporate governance of capital was elaborated and model of its organizational process as well. The model of economic security and investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises evaluation has been further developed. To develop a comprehensive program of restructuring of an industrial corporation, the author offers to generalize the methods of a process approach. Their application will provide realization of potential advantages of market relations and enhancement of efficiency of economic entities' capital management.
