The work is devoted to the solution of better results of treatment of patients with abdominal aortic aneurism combined with coronary heart disease by reducing cardiac complications by development of diagnostic and cure algorithm by modifying the risk factors of cardiac events and mortality.220 patients with abdominal aortic aneurism and coronary heart disease were treated; prognostic factors of cardiac events and mortality in postoperative period were established. Diagnostic and cure algorithm was developed.Using algorithm decreased postoperative and three-year incidence of myocardial infarction 21,7% to 7,8% and 33,1% to 11,6% respectively; postoperative and three-year mortality 15,3% to 4,9% and 26,1% to 11,5% respectiv
