The thesis is devoted to the creation of information technology increase the effectiveness of distance learning through structuring information resource. The paper advanced information technology increase the effectiveness of distance learning through structuring information resource based on these stages of transformation of information resource: simulation, optimization and logic-structural representation. The use of technology allows organize information resource to improve the effectiveness of distance learning. The technique of evaluating the effectiveness of structuring information resource training system, which is characterized by the use of index structured information resource and its determination algorithm based on the approach proposed regulations defining the matrix complexity.
