In the dissertation the word-formation system of Modern German in structural and semantic, functional, nominative and communicative dimensions is investigated via of innovative derivatives, not fixed in the dictionaries (about 10 thousand). In addition, the system of word-formational units with pellucid semantics, lack in lexicological layers. As a result of factual material analysis (most authoritative and bulky word-formation, explanatory, two-language dictionaries of Modern German and texts in different functional styles: artistic, publicistic, scientific, scientifical, technical and poetic).
