Bartkiv A. Features of the Legal Regulation of the Workers, Who Works in Individuals Under the Employment Contract.

The dissertation is devoted to the legal regulation of domestic workers who works in individuals under the employment contract. In the study is defined the legal status of subjects of such employment relationship: employer- individuals and domestic worker. The features of this type of labor relations are revealed. The legal nature and content of the employment contract with the employer- individuals who employs domestic worker are characterized. The features of the suspension and termination of a contract between domestic worker and employer- individuals are defined. The international legal regulation of labor of domestic workers is analyzed and the practice of foreign states in regulating the employment relationship between domestic worker and employer- individuals is studied. Based on the research were made suggestions for improving the national regulation of labor relations with the local employees considering international experience.
