Maljyga L. Legal regulation of social protection of citizens affected by the Chernobyl disaster.

Thesis is devoted to comprehensive and thorough analysis of relations in the sphere of social protection of citizens who suffered from the Chernobyl disaster in Ukraine. In this paper, the legal nature of the signs of social protection of citizens affected by the Chernobyl disaster. A periodization and classification regulations on social protection of citizens affected by the Chernobyl disaster. The author defines the system of government in social protection of citizens affected by the Chernobyl disaster, consisting of government and general competence of special competence. Much attention is paid to the characteristics of relationships in the study area. In particular, the investigated objects such relationship, the actors, their rights and duties, grounds and procedure creation, modification and termination, the contents of relations in the sphere of social protection of citizens affected by the Chernobyl disaster. Classification of subjects studied relationships, define their legal status. Based on the research developed proposals to improve legislation on social protection of citizens affected by the Chernobyl disaster, and proposed theoretical conclusions that can be the basis for further development of the social security law.
