Dissertation research is aimed at generalization and development of theoretical and methodical approaches in relation to evaluation of economic strategy of food industry enterprises. The stages of forming of economic strategy of enterprise have been improved. Trends of development of enterprises specialized in production of fruit and vegetable juices have been researched. The constituents of economic strategy of enterprise specialized in production of fruit and vegetable juices have been analyzed. The model of evaluation of constituents of economic strategy of enterprise specialized in production of fruit and vegetable juices has been developed based on accomplishments of fuzzy set theory.
