Honcharuk I. State Regulation of the Investment Process under Conditions of Intensified Circulation of Securities

Object: investment process and the securities market in Ukraine. Purpose: justification of theoretical positions and develops practical recommendations aimed at improving state regulation of the investment process under activation of securities in Ukraine. Methods: historical, systematic, comparative analysis of economic and statistical, analysis and synthesis, correlation and regression, graphic, abstract and logical. It is offered: first theoretically based conceptual approach to government regulation of the investment process in the context of intensified development of the securities market; improved: methodological approaches to formulation and state regulation of the investment process and investment environment, content and separation of the securities market with their differentiation into general market (commercial , pricing, information and regulatory) and specific (related to the functioning of the supply and demand for capital), a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the securities market in view of its role in macroeconomic, transformation and local processes, mechanisms of regulation of the securities market with the use of rating and index evaluations. Scope of usage executive authorities of Ukraine, whose competence is government regulation of the investment process.
