Zborovska T. Development of mobile communication in the structure of national economy

Object of study: processes of development of mobile communications in Ukraine as an economic sector, permanently affects the structure of the national economy. Objective: development of theoretical and methodological foundations for the development of mobile communication as a structural unit of the national economy, the assessment rates and the likely social and economic impact of its changes, in particular the impact on individual and public health and the protection of mobile users. Methods: systematic, spatial analysis, graphical analysis, sociological and comparison, analogy and strategic forecasting. Novelty: the first multicollinearity of dynamic characteristics of the industry "Mobile Communications" is found and unisonality their appearance and specificity is established, improved structure of concepts and terminology supersystem "Mobile Communications", approaches to assessing the rate of the mobile market, methodical approach to evaluating the features increased competition in the market mobile services. Application: in the activity of the State Committee of Ukraine for Technical Regulation and Consumer Policy, the Lviv City Council in the preparation of the Strategy of city development.
