Object: processes of financial support housing. Objective: justification the theoretical and practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of construction financing funds (CFF) of housing. Methods: systematic analysis, logic generalization, economic and statistical analysis, graphic and tabular, expert ratings, comparisons. Results: improved scientific and methodological principles of formation of organizational and functional structure CFF housing within banking institutions, methodical approach to the analysis of the efficiency of CFF housing, recommendations for risk reduction in residential construction. Use: in the activity of the State Fund for Youth Housing, PJSC "Brokbusinessbank", in the educational process of the Lviv Banking Institute of the University of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine.
