In the Dissertation were proved the research results theoretical, methodical and practical management aspects for the development of viticulture market products. The perspectives for the formation of viticulture market products were examined by means of management in terms of a market transformed. The methodological approaches to the definition of the economic efficiency of viticulture enterprises operation were proposed. The present trends formation for the innovation and investment strategy were analyzed.
