In dissertation the essence of theoretical-methodical bases and practical recommendations in relation to forming and rise of efficiency of the use of labour potential of enterprises of agrarian sphere opens up. The features of recreation of labour potential are exposed in the conditions of development of market economy. Research of the modern state and terms of forming of labour potential of rural territories is conducted and basic factors, that affect his development, are definite.
