Object of research - adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with early breast cancer. A research objective: to improve treatment of patients with early breast cancer by developing a personal treatment algorithm for patients with regard to prognostic factors HER-2/neu and p53. Research methods - clinical, instrumental, laboratory, cytological, histological, statistical processing of results. Novelty: first scientifically grounded application of individualized and personal treatment algorithm for patients with early breast cancer and account predictability factors HER-2/neu and p53, which allowed to increase the effectiveness of treatment. Results: proved that the proposed scheme of treatment of patients with early breast cancer study group statistically significantly improves the three-year and five-year survival according to 94,5 ± 1,4% and 89,3 ± 2,4% compared with the control group - 88,9 ± 1,8% and 80,6 ± 2,4% (p = 0,03). Introduced in clinical practice communal health care setting "Donetsk Regional Antitumor Center"; urban inter-Oncology Center of Mariupol, KLPU "City Oncology Center Gorlovka." The results are used for educational Donetsk National Medical University. Gorky. Area of application: medicine (oncology).
