The theoretical base of forming the agricultural enterprises competitiveness have been studied in this work. The factors which influence to form the competitive edges have been determined and analyzed. The present state of competition environment of the Lugansk area have been analyzed. Organizational-economic mechanism of management the agricultural enterprises competitiveness has been developed. The essence of this mechanism lies in introlucing changes at three levels: exposure of directions of forming a competitiveness; economic evaluation of possibilities of increase of profits and diminishing of losses from the use of unoptimum directions, determination of optimum parameters of functioning the production-sale systems.
