The dissertation studies theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the formation and effective use of the staff of agricultural enterprises. Сomplex economic analyze of factors of staffs' formation of agricultural enterprises of Luhansk region has been carried out; role of qualitative staffs' level to finance-economic results of agricultural enterprises activity has been expanded. Directions of strategy of enterprise stuffs' formation have been defined; growth efficiencies directions of stuff by the model of enterprise resources use optimization have been defined; ways of growth of staffs quality on the base of motivational conveniences improvement.
