Perkonos P. The Development of Collective Investment Institutions in Ukraine.

The theoretical standpoints are extended, practical recommendations on collective investment institutions development on the base of expansion of individual investors' participation in order to intensify investment processes in Ukraine. The author's interpretation of "collective investment market" notion is suggested, which includes its peculiarities of functioning in accordance with set in motion entities and specificity, mechanisms and instruments of such an activity. Main obstacles for mobilization and use of individuals' savings in forming of investment funds assets are identified. Development directions of open-end investment funds through involvement of individuals to investment processes are substantiated. The unused potential of collective investment market growth in Ukraine on the base of individuals' involvement to investment processes is estimated. Improved approach to the realization of CII investment process on the base of precise determination of all the stages is methodized and suggested. The matrix of priority of shares valuation methods use by the investment managers depending on investment horizon and branch-wise investors' expectations on companies' activity perspectives is developed.
