Zabarskyi V. Administrative and legal adjusting of political rights for servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the questions of the administrative and legal adjusting of political rights in the structure of such special legal status of citizen of Ukraine as a serviceman of Military Powers of Ukraine in the conditions of the course on democratic, social and legal state proclaimed in the Basic Law. The administrative and legal adjusting is a special legal influence of norms of the administrative law on public relations during the realization of political rights by servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which has advantage to the general rules of the use of political rights of citizens of Ukraine. Attention is accented on the necessity of revision of the limitations of political rights for servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which do not have sufficient reasons.
