The thesis covers theoretical and practical issues of administrative and legal regulation of construction activities in Ukraine. The construction activities are researched as an object of administrative and legal regulation. The obligatory requirements for construction activities, established by the state are highlighted. An analysis of special features of administrative and legal regulation of construction activities is provided. The conception of construction law codification is supported.
