Object of research: process of providing of efficiency of activity of agricultural enterprises of the Kherson area. Objective: ground of теоретико-методичних positions and development of practical recommendations from providing of effective activity of agricultural enterprises. Research methods: analysis of the systems of formalization of difficult structures, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, generalization and scientific abstraction, statistical methods of processing of data, grouping, factor analysis, balance method; to the analysis of rows of dynamics, theoretical design, methods of економіко-математичного design, method of comparison and generalization. Theoretical and practical results of research : recommendations in relation to providing of effective activity of agricultural enterprises. Scientific novelty: the methodical going is worked out near the complex estimation of efficiency of activity of enterprises; classification of strategic firmness of enterprises is improved, methodical going near the estimation of intercommunication of indexes of efficiency of activity and economy growing, methodical going near the estimation of level of stability of financial results; got further development of interpretation of essence of concept "efficiency of activity of enterprise", determination of concept "providing of strategic firmness of enterprise", going near classification of economic firmness of enterprises.
