The object of the research: the process of increasing the economic efficiency of production of oilseeds in seed plants. Research objective: comprehensive research and study of theoretical positions and develop practical proposals to improve the economic efficiency of production of oilseeds in seed plants. Methods of investigation: monographic, abstract-logical, statistical, economic, economic-vathematic, constructive settlement, forecasting, graphic, comparative modeling. Theoretical and practical results of the research: position, conclusions and recommendations contained in the thesis aimed at improving the organization and improvement of the enterprises producing oilseeds. Scientific novelty: first systematized and reasonable principles of seed companies; improved approaches to optimize the cost structure of elite seed production of oilseeds, organizational-economic mechanism for the effective functioning of seed companies, innovative principles of oilseeds, methods for determining the economic efficiency and high-quality hybrid seeds; were further developed directions of improvement of organizational and economic relations of seed companies, as well as proposals for the formation of investment sources of seed production. Degree the research results introduction: the research results were taken in the management of the economy Mykolayiv Regional State Administration, in production and business activities of Scientific-industrial agrofirma LLC "Zemlerobets" Zhovtnevyi district of Mykolayiv region, in the educational process of State Higher Education Institutions "Kherson State Agrarian University".
