Sleptsov V. Transformation of individual farms towards the use of labor potential

The object of the research: processes functioning of individual farms in order to effectively use labor potential. Research objective: scientific rationale, development of theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations for improving the functioning of individual farms in order to improve the use of the labor potential of rural residents. Methods of investigation: dialectical, abstract-logic, monographic, system-structural analysis, cash-constructive, economic-mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results of the research: proposals for areas of transformation individual farms aimed at creating a framework for practical ways of increasing the efficiency of the labor potential of the rural population. Scientific novelty: the first time developed a socio-economic concept of assessment of employment potential of individual farms, improved conceptual model of interaction of policy for the development of individual farms, as well as guidelines for comprehensive structural reforms in the agricultural sector and measures to prepare individual farms to the functioning of the land market, were further developed strategic goals of individual farms and methodological foundations of statistical - economic analysis of the cost effectiveness of their activities. The degree of application: the results of the investigation are used in the Karlovsky District Administration Poltava region and in production and business activities of agricultural enterprises.
