Essay

Object - the management of assets of financial institutions using securitization. Purpose - scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological regulations and to develop practical recommendations for asset securitization transactions of financial institutions on the basis of the investment funds. Methods - Comparative analysis, statistical analysis, analogies and generalizations; abstraction and modeling of analogy and deduction table. Results - specifies the economic content of asset securitization, its function and classification. Adapted model of classical asset securitization-based investment fund to domestic conditions, it identifies the key actors and their functions, and the stages of the model and their contents. Distinctive features of risk management in the context of securitization securitization fund, which provides the opportunity to identify the risks of securitization, assess their impact and identify effective methods of their neutralization. The directions state regulation of asset securitization transactions and proposed the adoption of the establishment and development of the securitization of assets in Ukraine to provide conditions for transactions of this type in domestic conditions. Novelty - in justifying the theoretical and methodological provisions for asset securitization transactions of financial institutions on the basis of the investment funds. Degree of implementation: results of the thesis are used in the activities of the limited liability company "asset management company" Planet FM ", Zhytomyr Regional Management AB" UGB ", in education Zhytomyr State Technological University.
